Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed the following business day. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days

  • Express Delivery: 1–2 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your chosen delivery method and location.

Product Handling & Packaging

Due to the nature of our products (perfumes and alcohol-based items), all shipments are packaged securely and in compliance with carrier and postal regulations for safe delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number to track your shipment on the carrier’s website.

Shipping Issues
